Firecracker Salmon Recipe

 My usual salmon recipe!

2 garlic cloves - finely chopped
1 teaspoon of fresh ginger - grated
1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chilli flakes
Salt and pepper
2 spring onions - chopped ( optional )

 Simple Directions

1. Marinate for a couple of hours or overnight

2. Bake in the oven for 10-15 mins at 180 degrees C

3. Enjoy
