Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 lemon (zest and juice)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Fresh parsley and dill, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking tray.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets generously.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
