Orders received by 9pm Tuesdays will be delivered on the Wednesday, Thursday or Friday of that week.

All deliveries will be made via our trusted delivery partner, DPD . Please note we do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland.

Central London addresses may receive delivery from one of our own vans as we are out delivering to hotels and restaurants London wide.

Collection can be made from our distribution depot Tuesday-Friday 9am-1pm - Unit B6, Eldon Way, London NW10 7QY.

Recyclable insulated boxes and ice packs are used to ensure our products stay cool and arrive in perfect condition.

As we use DPD we advise you download the free DPD delivery app. It allows you to manage all your deliveries and provides enhanced tracking and real time updates. You can upload a photo of your house or ‘what3words’ location which if you are rural or often struggle with delivery drivers going to to the wrong address Download the app here.

You can also advise DPD to leave your parcel with a neighbour, which we strongly advise if you are not going to be in at the time of delivery. Once the parcel has been delivered and proof of delivery photo has been posted, the security of your parcel becomes your responsibility. We are not liable for any parcels stolen from your property after this point.

The driver may not knock or ring your doorbell. In recent years this has become common place. However you should receive a text or email when your parcel is delivered, please look out for this as it is the most reliable form of delivery notification. This is particularly relevant if you live in a building with a communal entrance, your parcel may be left here so it is important to be on-hand to collect it as soon as you receive your delivery notification.
